Delivery is available for orders of €500.00 or more, excluding VAT.

Smaller quantities can also be prepared for collection from our EVIM service kitchen in Hattersheim.

Delivery

For each catering order, we charge a delivery fee from 65795 Hattersheim of:
Local area (Hattersheim): €20.00 plus VAT.
Distances up to 20 km: €50.00 plus VAT.
Long distance: according to expenditure

. The food is delivered in thermoboxes, either cooled or heated.
We are happy to set up the buffet for you. For this, we charge a flat rate of:
€50.00 plus 19% VAT (€59.50 gross).

Rental tableware and accessories
Rental tableware from EVIM Serviceküche will be invoiced on the basis of the confirmed offer. Breakages and shortages will be charged to the customer at the current replacement or repair price.

If EVIM Serviceküche is unable to supply the desired quantities of rental tableware, we will cooperate with the company "Theos Gastro." We will be happy to provide you with a quote on request.

Cancellation
Cancellation of an order by the customer must be made in writing. The customer shall bear the cancellation costs incurred for this:

Up to 10 days before the start of the event, 50% of the invoice amount
Up to 5 days before the start of the event, 70% of the invoice amount
After that, 90% of the invoice amount

Due to constant price increases, the offer is binding for 8 weeks from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted after this period.

Payment is made by invoice. This will be sent to you by post no later than the 8th working day of the following month.
