You can purchase our original creations and products right here at the Schlockerhof in Hattersheim. We’d also be happy to produce your own recipes and ideas for you.

Natural Delight

At our workshop, we’re constantly reinventing delicious products and recipes. We create recipes that are off the beaten path and “highly addictive.” We’re inspired by the diversity of nature, the joy of original recipes, and experimenting with flavor combinations.

Authentically Hessian

We produce our products exclusively and meticulously by hand. We source natural and healthy organic ingredients, such as apples and wild herbs, directly from the Schlockerhof right on our doorstep. We maintain excellent relationships with other enthusiastic local producers and source top-quality ingredients from them.

We offer creative startups in the world of gourmet foods the opportunity to have their innovative recipe ideas produced by us to the highest standards. Because we are naturally curious about what others can do, and we support them in bringing their product ideas to market.

We have put together five very different gift sets for you. Please choose your favorite set from the selection. The products come primarily from our own workshop or from partners with whom EVIM collaborates. All sets can be customized to meet your specific needs.
