We source fresh products such as herbs and baked goods directly from the Schlockerhof on the premises. Many of our manufactured products can also be found there in the farm shop!

This is evidenced by recipes that have been collected and proven over generations—from traditional beef roulade and matjes herring "housewife style" to original chicken lasagna and vegan vegetable curry. Our aim is to always be open to new recipe ideas from our customers and to implement them in a modern way.
